Our steaks reflect consumer’s desire for leaner beef. Maximum fat cover at any one point is 1⁄4 inch.

Our steaks are processed in a modern state-of-the-art facility that has received national attention for its commitment to excellent sanitation practices. Since our steaks are individually vacuum packed they will last between 14-21 days fresh from date of pack, up to one year if frozen properly.
